# Загрузка файла

* Данные отформатированы в [**Excel**](/accreditation-bodies/ab-ru/data-management/import-certification/certification-file-templates/manage-data-in-excel.md) или [**XML**](/accreditation-bodies/ab-ru/data-management/import-certification/certification-file-templates/manage-data-in-xml.md) файле

**Средняя скорость передачи:** 30 сек \~ 2 мин, может зависеть от качества данных

**Допустимые форматы:** XLS, XLSX и XML

**Рекомендуется:** Небольшие, средние и большие CB с количеством сертификаций от 20 до 100 000

## Как импортировать данные органа по сертификации через загрузку файла

Чтобы импортировать ваши данные через загрузку файла:

1. Перейдите на страницу **Импорт органа по сертификации**
2. Найдите раздел Загрузка данных
3. Нажмите кнопку **"Загрузить органы по сертификации"**
4. Выберите файлы, которые вы хотите обновить

**ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:** вы можете загружать только 1 файл за раз.

3. Нажмите на раздел загрузки, чтобы выбрать файлы с вашего локального **или** перетащите файлы, которые вы хотите загрузить:
4. После выбора нажмите кнопку **Загрузить**
5. После загрузки система проводит проверку данных
6. После проверки ваши данные успешно добавлены в IAF CertSearch

Если в процессе проверки данных обнаружены ошибки, ошибки будут перечислены в активностях загрузки файлов.
