Add Additional Sites

To add additional sites:

1. In the Certifications listing page, search for the certificate you want the additional sites to be added

2. Click the Certificate Number or the 'View' button

3. On the Certificate detail page, click the 'Additional Sites' tab

4. Click the '+ Add Additional Site' button

5. Complete the additional sites fields:

Multi-line

Field Name	Requirement	Example
Country	Required	United States
Bldg. No. / Floor No. / Street	Required *if preferred to input Multi-Line Address field	1234 Elm Street
City	Optional	Springfield
State	Optional	IL

Single-line

1. Click the 'submit' button

2. If all data is valid, the additional site data will be successfully updated
