Data Mapping by Certification Type

If you choose not to map your data, ensure that you define the Certification Type to: Management System

To perform the mapping, choose "Certification Site Type" as the Field Name.

1. Go to 'Import Settings'

2. Click the 'Global Mapping' tab

3. In the Data Mapping tab, click the '+ Add Data Mapping' button

4. Select Certification Type as the Field Name you want to do that mapping to.

1. Select the target Certification Type where you want the source to be mapped.

In this case, "MS" is the data value defined from the source (e.g., Excel/XML file). The system will not process this data because "MS" is not recognized as part of the certification type's dataset. To successfully import the data, you must map it to the correct certification type name recognized by the system—in this example, "Management System."

1. To add multiple mapping just click the Add Data Mapping button

2. Once done, click the 'Submit' button
