Getting started
In the users area, you can see the users that belong to this Account. In the User area you can:
- View
- Edit
- Invite new users
If you are the master account holder (HQ) you can view the users under sub accounts with Accounts > Account Name > Users
How it works
View Users
Click on "Users", you will see a list of all users, you can sort by:
- Filtering by User roles
- Filter by User status
- Search by User name
View & Edit individual user
Click on either the “User” Name or the “View” button.
- To Edit, click “Edit” to change User Role and User status. Save Edits made.
- To delete the users click on the options icon “…” and follow the prompts
Invite a User
Click on the "+ Invite User"
- Enter an Email Address
- Send invitation
Pre requisite
- Activate an Account
Requirements
- Go to Users
- To sort, Filter by Role, Filter by Status, Search by Name
- To view and Edit individual user
- Click on User Name in list or View Button
- Click Edit
- Save Changes
- To Invite Users
- Click “+ Invite User”
- Insert Email
- Send invitation
