Export
Export lets you take data from your Companies listing — including its certification details — out of CertSearch as a file you can use elsewhere — in a spreadsheet, a report, or another system. Instead of copying data or asking support, you can do it yourself in a few clicks.
What you can do
Run a one-time export — download the file, email a secure link, or deliver it to a saved FTP/SFTP destination.
Save settings you use often as a template, so you don't set them up every time.
Schedule an export to run automatically (daily, weekly, or monthly) and deliver the file to a saved destination (an FTP/SFTP connection or email recipient group).
Track everything in one place on the Export Management page — past runs, re-downloads, and your saved templates, schedules, and recipient groups.
Who can use it
Export is part of the paid CertSearch plans. Everyone can click Export on the Companies listing — what happens next depends on your plan.
Paid users have full access to Export.
Free Trial users have access to Export while their free trial is active. When the trial ends, one of two things happens: either subscribe to a plan (for example, Basic), and your export access continues without interruption; or don't subscribe, and the account returns to Free, where Export shows the paywall modal until you upgrade.
Free and Pay-As-You-Go users see a paywall modal. Selecting Subscribe Now opens the Plans page; once you upgrade, Export opens normally — no need to log out and back in.

Good to know
Exports are scoped by the filters on your listing (or by a template).
File formats are CSV, JSON, JSONL, and XML. Excel (
.xlsx) isn't offered — use CSV and open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
