Export Management

What it is

Export Management is the hub for everything to do with your exports — your run history, your recurring schedules, and the saved pieces you reuse. It's organised into five tabs.

The five tabs

• Activities — the history of every export run: completed, in progress, and failed. Download files again from here.

• Scheduled Exports — your recurring exports. Create, view, edit, pause or resume, and delete them.

• Data Templates — saved data-and-format settings you can reuse (the what).

• Destinations — saved delivery targets: FTP/SFTP connections and email recipient groups (the where).

• Schedule presets — saved timing settings: start date, time, and frequency (the when).

Note: Free Trial users can access Export Management while their trial is active. When it ends, subscribe to keep access or return to Free. Free and Pay-As-You-Go users see the paywall modal. Closing it returns you to your dashboard.

Staying informed

You don't need to watch this page. You receive in-app notifications when a background export completes or fails. You also receive notifications when a scheduled export changes status.
