# Export Management

### What it is

Export Management is the hub for everything to do with your exports — your run history, your recurring schedules, and the saved pieces you reuse. It's organised into five tabs.

### The five tabs

* **Activities** — the history of every export run: completed, in progress, and failed. Download files again from here.
* **Scheduled Exports** — your recurring exports. Create, view, edit, pause or resume, and delete them.
* **Data Templates** — saved data-and-format settings you can reuse (the *what*).
* **Destinations** — saved delivery targets: FTP/SFTP connections and email recipient groups (the *where*).
* **Schedule presets** — saved timing settings: start date, time, and frequency (the *when*).

> **Note:** Free Trial users can access Export Management while their trial is active. When it ends, subscribe to keep access or return to Free. Free and Pay-As-You-Go users see the paywall modal. Closing it returns you to your dashboard.

### Staying informed

You don't need to watch this page. You receive **in-app notifications** when a background export completes or fails. You also receive notifications when a scheduled export changes status.
