# Activities

## What it is

The Activities tab is the record of every export you've run — one-time and scheduled, completed, in progress, or failed.

## What you'll see

Each row shows the export's name, status, scope, tags, format, number of records, delivery method, who ran it, and the date. Status is one of **In Progress**, **Completed**, **Skipped,** or **Failed**.

## How to use it

* **Find a run** — search by name, or filter by delivery type (Direct Download or Email), status, and run type (one-time or scheduled).
* **Download again** — on any completed row, download the file as many times as you need without re-running the export, while it's still available.

## How long files are kept

* Exported files are kept for **3 months**. After that, the file can no longer be downloaded.
* A past-retention run **stays in your history** (so your records stay complete), but the download is no longer active — you'll see a banner explaining the file is no longer available. To get it again, re-run the export.
* Emailed links are separate: they **expire 7 days** after being sent.
