# Verification Charges

### IAF CertSearch Verification Plans

Verification charges apply to all users, regardless of your subscription plan. Each time you access a Certificate or Certified Entity information, verification charges will be incurred.

### **Charges for Companies and Certifications**

Each verification will incur charges for the certificate itself plus the associated entities.

* Certification Verification
* Company Verification

### **Charges for Certifications Issued to Multiple Entities**

If a certificate is associated with multiple entities, verification charges will be calculated as follows:

* **1 verification credit** for the certificate itself.
* **1 additional verification credit** for each Certified Entity (CE) listed on the certificate.

#### Sample Breakdown of Verification Charges:

> **Example:**
>
> * Certificate ID: Cert-001
> * Issued to: ABC Corporation and XYZ Inc.
>
> **Verification Charges:**
>
> * 1 certification verification credit for the certificate itself.
> * 2 company verification credits (1 credit per entity: ABC Corporation and XYZ Inc.).
>
> **Total Verification Charges: 3 verification credits.**

If a verified certificate is still within the grace period, no charges should apply.

> **Example:**
>
> **Scenario:** John verified **CERT-001** on **Sept 18, 2024**.
>
> **Free Re-Verification:** John can freely re-verify the certificate any time before **Oct 18, 2024**, without impacting his verification limit.
>
> **Post-Grace Period:** If John verifies the certificate again on **Oct 28, 2024**, one verification will be deducted from his annual limit, as the grace period has ended.
