#### **A Better Credit Model for Free Accounts**

Free credits now work per company rather than per certificate. If a company holds eight certifications, viewing all of them costs you one credit instead of eight.

**What's New:**

* **Credits at company level.** One credit covers a company and every certification it holds.
* **Usage counter in the top navigation**, on both desktop and mobile.
* **Clear limits.** Individual accounts have 10 per month and 30 per year. Company groups share 30 per month and 30 per year across all members.
* **Limit reached message** explaining which limit you have reached and when it resets.
* **Credit status on Membership and Billing**, with low and exhausted states shown in the progress bar.
* **Search suggestions stay available** even when you have no credits left.

Existing Free accounts were migrated automatically. Your usage for the current month and your historical usage for the year were carried across, so nothing was lost or reset.

Yes. Anything you have already verified stays accessible even after you reach a limit.

<summary>How do credits work in a company group?</summary>

Credits are shared. Everyone in the group draws from the same monthly and yearly pool, and usage by one member is visible to the others.

<summary>When do my credits reset?</summary>

Your reset date is shown in the limit reached message. Individual monthly credits reset on a rolling 30-day cycle from your activation date. For a company group, the shared annual credit pool resets every December 31st, while each member's individual monthly cap still resets on their own 30-day cycle. The two are independent: a group annual reset does not clear individual monthly usage, and vice versa.
