#### **Self-Serve Export Is Here!**

We've introduced **Export** for Verification Users, a self-serve way to get your Companies and Certifications data out of CertSearch. Choose a file format, download your file or email a secure link, and reuse your settings whenever you need them. For recurring needs, you can schedule an export to run automatically and email the file to a saved group of recipients.

**What's New:**

* **Export in a few clicks** from the Companies listing.
* **Four file formats:** CSV (default), JSON, JSONL, and XML.
* **Flexible delivery:** download the file directly, or email a secure link to people in your organisation.
* **Reusable templates:** save your matching status, tags, and format once, then reuse them.
* **Scheduled exports:** run an export automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
* **Export Management:** a single hub for your run history, schedules, templates, schedule presets, and recipient groups.
