#### **Smoother Renewals for Manual Enterprise Accounts**

If your Enterprise account is paid by invoice, renewals now come with advance notice, a reminder, and a grace period, so a renewal date never catches you out.

**What's New:**

* **Invoice by email** ahead of your renewal date, with a reminder closer to the day.
* **Notifications in the app**, alongside the emails.
* **A grace period of seven days** after renewal if the invoice is still unpaid.
* **Verification limits refresh automatically** once your renewal completes.
* **Clearer billing period messaging** on Membership and Billing, including when automatic renewal is switched off.
* **Your data stays in place** through the renewal, covering saved companies, certifications, watchlists, search history, upload history, and user seats.

<summary>What happens if the invoice is not paid?</summary>

Your subscription is held for seven days past the renewal date. If it is still unpaid after that, the account moves to the Free plan.

<summary>What happens to my data if my account moves to Free?</summary>

Saved companies, saved certificates, watchlists, search history, and any additional user seats are removed. You will be notified by email, in the app, and with a message the next time you sign in.

<summary>I have switched automatic renewal off. Will I still receive invoices?</summary>

No. Accounts with automatic renewal switched off no longer receive new invoices, and the billing period message on Membership and Billing reflects this.
