Certifications

Getting started

The Certifications area provides the ability to view all certifications uploaded. You can refine the list of certifications by, Filtering by Status, Filtering by Certification Body, Searching by Certified Entity Name ,or Searching by Certificate Number.

From the Certification list display, you can view an individual certification by clicking on the "Certification No." or clicking the"View" button. You can also view the Certified Entity details by clicking on the "Certified Entity" Name

From the Certification list display, you can view the Certification Bodies details by clicking on the "Certification Body" Name.

Edit Certification

When you view an individual certification, you can edit.

• Status and Certification Information

• View the live profile of the certificate, this view shows how the certificate will appear in IAF CertSearch.

How it works

Certifications are uploaded either individually under the Certified Entity area or uploaded multiple via "File Upload", or "FTP" or "API".

Certifications must be uploaded under a Certified Entity. Once they have been uploaded they are displayed in the "Certifications" area. From here you can view all certifications and view individuals. You can also click through to the Certified Entity or the Certification Body.

Click on the"Certification No." or the"View" button to be directed to the actual certification. From here you can view, edit or view the profile as it appears in IAFCertSearch if validated.

Prerequisite

• Certifications must be uploaded under a Certified Entity

Requirements

• Go to Certifications

• Refine by Status, CB, Certified entity Name or Certificate Number.

• View individual

• Click on the "Certification No." or the "View" button

• Edit

• View profile
