Prerequisites

Before you begin the signup process, please ensure you have the following:

• A valid email address

• A strong password

View Password Requirement

• One uppercase letter(A-Z)

• One lowercase letter(a-z)

• Numeric (0-9)

• Non-alphanumeric (!, # and &)

• 12 characters minimum

• 24 characters maximum

• Can't contain part of your details

• Not exposed to data breaches

Step-by-Step Signup Process

Visit the IAF CertSearch Website

• Open your web browser.

• Enter the URL: https://www.iafcertsearch.org/ in the address bar and press Enter.

Access the Signup Page

• On the homepage, locate the Sign Up button. This is found at the top right corner of the page.

• Click on the Sign Up button to be redirected to the registration page.

• Alternative entry points: if you want to subscribe to a paid plan you may directly go to: https://www.iafcertsearch.org/plans

Agree to the Terms and Conditions

• Read through the terms and conditions of use.

• Check the box indicating that you agree to the terms.

• Complete the CAPTCHA challenge to verify that you are not a robot.

Fill Out the Registration Form

• Personal Information

  • Enter your first and last name.

  • Provide your organization name (if applicable).

  • Enter your job title.

• Contact Information

  • Enter your valid email address.

  • Confirm your email address by re-entering it.

• Account Credentials

  • Create a password that meets the security requirements.

  • Confirm your password by re-entering it.

Submit Your Registration

Once all fields are filled out, click the Create Account button at the bottom of the form.

Verify Your Email Address

• After submission, check your email inbox for a verification email from IAF CertSearch.

• Open the email and copy the Email Guard code provided in the message.

• Go back to the IAF CertSearch website.

• Navigate to the email verification section and input your Email Verification code in the designated field.

• Click the Submit button

Log In to Your Account

• Return to the IAF CertSearch website.

• Click on the Log In button at the top right corner of the page.

• Enter your registered email

• Complete the CAPTCHA challenge to verify that you are not a robot.

• Input your password in the designated field and click Log In to access your account.

Troubleshooting

• Did not receive the verification email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Ensure that you entered the correct email address during signup.

  • If necessary, resend the verification email from the login page.

• Forgot your password?

  • Click on the Forgot Password? link on the login page.

  • Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions to reset your password.
