How to set up
IAF CertSearch provides the function to map data fields from your organisation system to the IAF CertSearch data values.
Prerequisites
Create account in IAF Certsearch
Login to IAF CertSearch
Go to “Data Management”
Go to “Data Mapping”

Successful file upload
Data values will only appear in Data Mapping following a successful file upload. See file upload, FTP or API if file has not uploaded correctly.
Data Management
Data Mapping is a separate section in Data Management.
Data Mapping
Data Mapping shows the list of mapping request that need to be actioned
View
Select “View” to edit and save the mapping request.
Edit
Select “Edit” to create the data mapping path.
Mapping type
Mapping type details what type of data field i.e. Countries or Documents. This field is not editable. It is determined by the data that has been uploaded in this field.
Mapping status
There are two options in mapping status “Active” or “Inactive”. The mapping request will only operate when the status is “Active”.
Source and Target
“Source” is the actual data value uploaded by your organisation which needs mapping. This is the data value which does not match the data value in IAF CertSearch.
Source is:
The data value uploaded by your organisation which needs mapping.
e.g.
South Korea
Target is:
IAF CertSearch data value you need to map to.
e.g
Korea, Republic of
Example:
Source: South Korea
= Target: Korea, Republic of
