How to set up
IAF CertSearch provides the function to setup the FTP via the “FTP access” section located within Data Management. When you enter the FTP information, you will be able to test with the “Test Connection” button.
Prerequisites
Create an account in IAF CertSearch
Login to IAF CertSearch
Go to Data Management
Select FTP access
Requirement FTP Server Fields
Host (domain or IP), Port (21 by default)
Username
Password
File Names
To successfully upload a file, you must add a required filename in the library eg. ab_certs.xml . The system will only accept the file that matches the filename added in the library.
Accreditation Body File Names
Accreditation body can upload two different files in the FTP server, one file to upload Certification Body Data and one file to upload Certification Data. If FTP information submits, then IAF CertSearch FTP crawler will try to fetch by cron.
Certification Body File Name
Certification body can upload certifications data in the FTP server, if FTP information submits, then IAF CertSearch FTP crawler will try to fetch the file by cron.

File Requirements
File format must be
.xls
or.xlsx
.The column sequence in the file must be exactly the same as the column sequence in the file template.
The tab sequence in the file must be exactly the same as the tab sequence in the file template.
The field names in the header row must be exactly as the template otherwise the data will not be uploaded.
