How to test connection

Step 1. Enter your FTP information.

Enter your FTP Information in the “FTP Access” section within Data Management.

  • FTP Server Protocol

  • Server Host and Port

  • Server username and password

Step 2. Test Connection

Testing the connection will be a good idea before submit your FTP server information with “Test Connection” button.

[Test Connection] button will test the connection with the FTP information, it will indicate whether the connection is successful or not via alert messages.

Step 3. Submit your FTP information.

After a successful test connection, submit your FTP information by clicking the submit button. IAF CertSearch Cron will begin to look for the FTP Server based on the FTP information provided and will indicate whether the FTP is successful or not via alert messages.
