Add CB

To manually add Certification Body:

1. Click the 'Certification Bodies' page from the left-hand navigation.

2. Click '+ Add Certification Body'.

1. In the Certification Body form, complete the following information:

Add Certification Body

Field Name		Description
Company Accreditation Status
Accreditation Status	Required	Indicates the current Accreditation Status of the Certification Body
Certification Body Name in AB	Optional	Private CB Name that can be viewed and updated by the AB.
Certification Body GUID	Optional	A unique record identifier by the AB to the CB.
Company Information
Certification Body Logo	Optional	Logo of the CB
Certification Body Name	Required	Name of the CB
Certification Body Acronym	Optional	Acronym of the CB name
Certification Body Website	Optional	Website of the CB
Certification Body Description	Optional	General description of the CB
Contact Details
Certification Body Email Address	Required	Email Address
Certification Body Phone	Optional	Phone Number
Certification Body Fax	Optional

1. Once done, a Certification Body record will be added to the Certification Bodies list.
