Data Mapping by Certification Status

If you choose not to map your data, ensure that you define using IAF CertSearch's Certification Status dataset. You can view the full list here: Certification Statuses

To perform the mapping, choose "Certification Status" as the Field Name.

  1. Go to 'Import Settings'

  2. Click the 'Global Mapping' tab

  3. In the Data Mapping tab, click the '+ Add Data Mapping' button

  1. Select Certification Status as the Field Name you want to do that mapping to.

  1. Enter the value of the source data, example: Act

  1. Select the target Certification Type where you want the source to be mapped.

In this case, "Act" is the data value defined from the source (e.g., Excel/XML file). The system will not process this data because "Act" is not recognized as part of the certification status dataset. To successfully import the data, you must map it to the correct certification status name recognized by the system—in this example, "Active."

  1. To add multiple mapping just click the Add Data Mapping button:

  2. Once done, click the 'Submit' button
