# Data Mapping by Sectors

If you choose not to map your data, ensure that you define the country using IAF CertSearch's sectors dataset. You can view the full list here: [Sectors](/accreditation-bodies/iaf-certsearch-data-structure/iaf-certsearch-dataset/technical-sectors.md)

To perform the mapping, choose **"Sectors"** as the Field Name.

1. Go to **'Import Settings'** 
2. Click the **'Global Mapping'** tab
3. In the Data Mapping tab, click the **'+ Add Data Mapping'** button

4. Select **Sectors** as the Field Name you want to do that mapping to.

5. Enter the value of the source data, example: Agriculture

6. Select the target **Sectors** where you want the source to be mapped.

In this case, "**Agriculture**" is the data value defined from the source (e.g., Excel/XML file). The system will not process this data because "**Agriculture**" is not recognized as part of the sectors dataset. To successfully import the data, you must map it to the correct sectors recognized by the system—in this example, "**1 — Agriculture, forestry and fishing**."

5. To add multiple mapping just click the Add Data Mapping button
6. Once done, click the **'Submit'** button
