This new listing page allows you to view all your issued certification data imported into IAF CertSearch database.

To ensure compliance with MD requirements, Certification Bodies (CBs) can now review and access all their issued certifications, even if they were imported into the IAF CertSearch database via an Accreditation Body (AB) or scheme owner database.
All certification data is automatically accessible by the CB account as long as the certification is issued by the Certification Body.
What you need to know?
There are several terms that you need to be aware of:

Primary Contributor | Refers to the CB, AB, or scheme owner whose data the system prioritizes when multiple versions of the same certification are uploaded. Data Prioritization Rule: CB's data is the default priority. Exemption: when CB and MNCB both import the same data, whoever comes first will be the priority. |
All Imported Data | All certification data issued by the Certification Body that are imported by the primary data contributor. |
CB Imported Data | All certification data issued and imported by the Certification Body. |
View other version | If the prioritized data is not the CB version, the system provides an option to view the prioritized version. |
It consists of the following data fields:

Certification Status | Current standing of the Certified Entity's certification. Certificate status dataset: active, inactive, hidden, canceled, withdrawn, suspended, pending, deleted, or expired |
Certificate Number | A certification number is a unique identifier assigned by a certification body to track the authenticity, status, and details of a specific certification such as scope, entity, and validity period. |
Standard and Scheme | A specific set of criteria, requirements, or guidelines that the certified entity has been assessed against and found to comply with. |
Certified Entity Name | Name of the Certified Entity, individual, product, or service that has been granted certification |
Main Site - Country | Country of the main site that holds the primary certification under which other sites may be included or linked. Where the central management activities take place, and it may serve as the central point of contact for certification bodies or auditors. |
Accreditation Body | Name of the Accreditation Body |
Primary Contributor | Company name of the primary contributor of the prioritized data. |
Expiry Date | The date on which the validity of the certificate will come to an end. |
Confidentiality | Indicator of whether the certified entity's information is confidential. |
Updated at | Date on which the certification data is updated |
Created at | Date on which the certification data is created |
Additional note
Data that are listed under the All Imported Data is read-only. Any actions such as deleting and updating are currently restricted.
The ability to change the primary contributor is currently in development. If the primary contributor is your MNCB and certification data needs updating, you reach out to them to implement any necessary changes.
