Delete Certification Site
To delete certification site from a certificate:
In the Certifications listing page, search for the certificate you want the additional sites to be added
Click the Certificate Number
On the Certificate detail page, click the 'Certification Site' tab
Search for the site you want to delete.
In the actions column, click the More icon
Click the 'Remove' button
Confirm if you want to continue deleting the site, by clicking the "OK" button
