Add Certification

To manually add a certificate to an existing Certified Entity

1. On the Certified Entities listing page, click the Certified Entity to which you want to add the certificate.

2. On the Certified Entity detail page, click the Certifications tab

3. Click the Add Certificate button

Once selected, you will redirected to the Certification Form:

Adding a certificate to an existing Certified Entity

1. Enter the Certificate information:

Certificate Information

• Certification Status (required)

• Accreditation Body (required)

• Certificate Number (required)

• Certification Type (required)

• Certification Standard and Scheme (required)

• Certification Scope (optional)

Certificate Issuance Details

• Certification Original Issue Date (optional)

• Certificate Issued Date (required)

• Certificate Expiry Date (required)

Certification Sites (optional data)

In this section, you'll have the option to select sites from an Entity or you can create a new site address.

1. Select or Create a Site within the same Entity

2. Select a site from a different Entity (this option is recommended for multi-site certification)

(1) If you choose to select sites within the same Entity:

1. Click the Select or Create Site button.

2. In the modal, select the sites you want to add:

1. If the site you want is not on the list, click the Create New Site button and fill up the necessary information.

2. Once, done click the Add Site button

(2) If you want to add a site that belongs to a different Entity:

1. In the modal, click the dropdown Site Locations by

1. Once selected, the list of sites will appear on the left pane of the modal

2. Select the sites you want to add.

3. Click the Submit button

4. Once you're done adding the Certification Sites, you'll be redirected back to the Certification form.

5. Click the Add Certification button.

Note: If errors are encountered during the import process, go to Error Handling.

Alternative ways to add certification

1. Add the Certification immediately after you have finished creating an Entity record, by clicking the +Add Certification button

2. Add the Certification from the Certification listing page.
